How much does a commercial diving course cost in Thailand or singapore?

I would have to guess that Thailand would be cheaper than Singapore. And by commercial diving course do you mean PADI Open Water? I would check pricing on Koh Tao in Thailand. Seemed to be the cheapest in Thailand when I went last year. I got certified through Crystal Dive Resort. I think it was around 12,000THB (I booked it through a travel agency in Bangkok). This included course materials, 3 open water dives, 4 nights in a bungalow at the resort, breakfast, and bus/ferry trip to Koh Tao from Bangkok. Crystal Dive Resort has tons of diving options and certifications.
