How much does a chiropractic adjustment cost?
Well it depends on your area. Usually the first vist is somewhat more than follow ups. It is hard to find a good honest chiropractor that will not make you come back too often or take un needed x rays. But many do exist. There are excellent people in the field but you have to be very careful. Avoid anyone who makes you feel as if you are being “sold”. Picking an established older doctor is a good bet. Avoid large advertisers. Be sure the chiropractor adjusts by hand. Stay away from anyone who will not adjust you on the first visit (Unless you have a serious problem and the doctor needs special tests like MRI). After the first visit an adjustment alone might be around 45 dollars. Sometimes more sometimes less. But you should be able to find an honest chiropractor with good hands at around that price. If you have a problem that requires additional physical therapy modalaties the price could be more. But for a straight adjustment 45 is a good ball park figure and is fair.
