There are numerous bars and eateries where you pay only 85 cents for the same beer. Look to see where there are Cubans drinking beer and that’s where you’ll find the cheaper variety on sale. Always ask the waiter how much the beer is before ordering. Many places will charge you hotel prices just because you are a tourist.
