College Success Center tutors start at $8.00 an hour their first semester, $8.50 an hour their second semester, and a maximum of $9.00 an hour after their third semester. University-level tutors begin at $10.00 an hour and are paid a maximum of $12.00 an hour. All raises are subject to improvements in tutoring abilities.
