A. The rate that they charge would depend on the quality and the turn-around time of the recorded material. You should expect to pay more per page for difficult terminology; if the recording is of a speaker with a thick foreign accent; if the recording is garbled or not clear; or if you need it in a rush-type situation. There is really no set price here.
