As of August 2004, the costs of our Web-based books are as follows: (1) Accounting Information Systems — $44.99; (2) Advanced Systems Analysis & Design — $24.99; (3) Technology Primer — $10.99; (4) Database Systems Design & Development — $19.99; (5) Building Blocks of Accounting: A Financial Perspective — $12.99; and (6) Building Blocks of Accounting: A Managerial Perspective — $12.99. All prices are quoted in US dollars; . These prices are for the account only, no printouts. By way of comparison, traditional textbooks range anywhere from $90 to $115. In comparison with traditional textbooks, our Web-based books are (1) significantly more up to date, (2) provide capabilities not available with traditional printed books (links, on-line searching), and (3) include the on-line quizzing system at no extra cost.
