How much do teams practice?
Our Elite Teams in all age divisions will all practice approximately three times per week, for a total of 8-10 hours per week (depending on the team). This includes court time and Catz training (speed, agility and quickness training). All other teams practice two or three times (depending on the competition schedule), for a total of 6 to 8 hours per week (depending on the team). This includes court time and occasional speed, agility and quickness training.
