How much do surveyors and planners charge?
Every subdivision application is unique and each involves different amounts of time to prepare and finalize. Additional fees may be required if the subdivision application must include detailed topographical details such as building locations, land contours and water levels. Some applications involve street/lane/road closures which will require additional fees. Applications in remote areas will take more time and in these cases, it may be cost effective to complete all the field surveys in one trip.
