Project SAIL programs and courses are offered through negotiations and service contracts by the Project SAIL Partner providers. The terms, costs, and delivery of programs are negotiable with each Project SAIL partner. An example of one SAIL program cost is $85.00 per student/per credit hour, with the home institution to receive the FTE for each student participant.
