How much do primelocation and rightmove charge to list your property with them?
Rightmove charges around a £100 a month from estate agents to list all their properties free. as private i would try houseladder.co.uk, it worth a try. if i am not wrong they are the biggest private property advertisers, they should have also a free option. another website i have discovered lately, http://www.properplus.co.uk they has created anew system, uploading propeties is free, but you have to pay a fee to get access to the tenants database who their creteria matches your property. it could be great if you have an urgent letting to be done i dont think a website owner needs a licence, the estate agent law is not applied for any kind of property advertising.
