The costs for our conflict resolution and custom training services depend a good deal on what the client hopes to accomplish. In an initial free call to discuss your situation, we will be pleased to learn more about your goals. In that call, we commonly ask clients to describe their vision of success for the facilitation/mediation or training. We also will explore with you how long you expect the work will take, the location(s), and the approximate number of people involved. After the initial telephone call to discuss your situation, Common Ground will be pleased to submit a proposal sketching out the scope of work, schedule and estimated budget.
