The cost of a body piercing will vary according to the jewelry and tools needed in the piercing kit. Some piercings are priced according to the level of difficulty. Most of the legitimate/upstanding shops piercings start at $40.00, and go up depending on the piercing. Occasionally you will hear of a shop having a sale. But in general, to run the shop according to health department code, the prices need to be around $40.00. Please remember that a “cheap” piercing is not always a good piercing.
