How much do boat slips go for in clearwater beach fl?
I have a slip for sale in Island Estates – Island Yacht Club which is right in Clearwater Beach. This is an Open slip so sail boats and large cruisers will not have a problem. The slip is approx 14 x 40 with a cat walk. There`s a clubhouse with BBQ and two full bathrooms, laundry, etc. Dock master is present M – F during normal business hours. Best of all it is close to the club house and near the private parking area. I`m asking $130k but am flexible because I just purchased a larger boat.. This is the cheapest water front property you can own in the area. Island Yacht Club is just like a condominium as it relates to owning the property and having common grounds. You actually own the land under the water, so as Marinas and boatyards close you will own a slip. You can rent your slip as well, or live right at the slip. Hope this helps.
