If an owner wishes to forgo a particular service and understands the implications of withholding that service, Studio 4 will not include that item in its proposal. Studio 4 offers a free consultation service that grants potential clients the opportunity to meet with us and discuss the level of service their ideas require. Level of service consists of anything from the amount of detail that a particular contractor requires to construct a project, to the amount of detail that the local officials require for permitting purposes.
