How much directional punting is there in Aussie Rules Football?

Well, it’s all directional kicking. In Aussie Rules, you have to hit a target so it’s not standing and punting, we have to hit guys running around so it’s left and right and all that. It’s often changing directions so I’ll get used to standing and catching, rather than running.
