After throwing an interception in Monday night’s 16-0 loss to the Ravens, Quinn dived at Suggs’ knees while trying to bring down cornerback Chris Carr, who had picked him off. Brady Quinn Chop Block Video: Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn is still catching heat for his chock block on Baltimore’s Terrell Suggs during Monday night’s game which seriously injured the Ravens star. Quinn threw the chop block at Suggs after an interception in the third quarter, rolling into the linebacker’s right knee. “I was trying to go for the ball carrier,” Quinn said after the game. “Suggs came across at the last second in my vision. I would never wish that upon anyone. I was upset about it on the field. We worked out in Arizona together. I couldn’t be any more sorry about that. That was never the intent. I’m sorry to Terrell and the rest of their team.” Suggs is expected to be out at least several weeks with what has been described as a severe MCL sprain.
