The year-over-year (2008-2009) generation cost increase imposed by PG&E was 11.6%, as reflected in Advice Letter 3349-E-A, December 30, 2008 (the basis for comparison was PG&E’s generation cost reflected in its December 27, 2007 Advice Letter 3115-E-A). Between 2005 and 2009, PG&E’s generation costs have increased at a compound rate of 7.6%.
