25% total villa rental cost is required to confirm your provisional booking. For late bookings, i.e. within 8 weeks of the rental commencing, full payment is required.

All multi-night reservations require a $250 booking fee and single night reservations $100. This may be paid using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card, by direct deposit or by sending a cheque within three days of making the reservation. The cancellation policy is included in your confirmation email.
