How much deposit is required to secure the booking for your WaterSong Resort vacation home rental?

To secure our WaterSong Resort vacation home rental you will be required to pay a Non-Refundable $360.00 USD or 20% deposit whichever is greater. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. If you book our Orlando home less than 8 weeks before arrival date the full balance will be due immediately. The deposit can be in the form of traveler’s check, bank money order, certified check, or personal check payable to Darin Vader. This is not a damage deposit.
