Quite simply, there is no limit!! But to give you an idea, there are 2 ways to look at it: First, purely think about your town as an investment and consider again the passive revenue mentioned in 2) above. Each town can generate income for the owner of $800 to $4,000 per year when all 10 blog ads are rented. Taking the lower limit, how much cash would you need in the bank to generate $800 per year? Assuming the bank would give you 5% interest (which is far higher than the average you can get now), then you would need $16,000 deposited in the bank to generate $800 interest. So a town generating $800 per year for the owner is worth $16,000 deposited in a bank.
