You will have approximately 60 minutes of cooking time after you switch to the reserve mode. The cooking time varies significantly based on the grill settings being used (low, medium, high), the Btu rating of the grill (35,000 Btu, 40,000 Btu), the outside temperature, and a number of other factors.
