How much content can a DVD hold?
This depends on the quality of the recording process. Many DVD transfer service providers will transfer 2 hours of video to a 4.7GB DVD disc. However, this is not the ‘BEST’ quality. We transfer 60 minutes (1 hour) of video to each 4.7GB DVD. If you have a 2 hour video tape we will send you back 2 DVD discs. Why? Our high quality DVD transfer process requires the entire 4.7GB data space on the DVD due to the amount of quality data information transferred. Remember, we don’t squeeze your video onto a single DVD. We transfer up to 60 minutes of video/film to a single DVD to maintain the highest quality of visual and audio output.
