If not – you have no claim for UD. You can claim for breach of contract if they did not give you your notice pay [that’s just for the notice pay]. If more than 12m then you might have a claim. If the facts in your question are correct then you undoubtedly have a claim. Second – waht is the deal with compensation? If you win, you are awarded your net weekly salary (up to approx £350 max per week) for each full 12 month period you have been employed. E.G. 23 months and 29 days equals one week. You are also awarded your loss of earnings as a result of the dismissal (if you win) up to the date of the tribunal and for an indeterminate period thereafter. Best i can do on such limited facts.
