Affiliates also earn: • $12 commission on Total Accesses subscriptions Nick and Nick Jr. Arcade also pays 25% commission on all Gift Certificates. A typical game costs $19.95. You will earn $12 for each new member that enrolls in the Total Access program. If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. 3.
