How much Celexa would cause an overdose?

60 mg is actually a pretty high dosage of Celexa. Taking 60 mg at 10 and 2:30 is not a great idea but in my nonprofessional opinion it should not cause any significant problems. I have major depression and anxiety and take 3 meds on a daily basis, plus one med occasionally on an as needed basis. From time to time I screw up and take an extra dosage, while sometimes I forget to take a dosage. You probably already know about or have one or those small plastic containers that people use to store their pills or vitamins. If you don’t have one, it is a good idea to buy one. You might be very good with taking your meds properly, but almost everyone can get confused about whether they took their meds once in a while. Again, I ain’t a doctor but I doubt your double dosage of Celexa this one time will pose any danger. If you want a professional opinion, try to reach your doctor or a pharmacist. Pharmacists have almost as much medical training as regular MDs. I wish you well.
