It depends on your fan and case setup. If you overclock the CPU in different computers “with two fans”, then you’ll usually that the temperatures will be different. Also, it depends on the luck-of-the-silicon on how they can deal with heat sometimes. Sometimes, you can do a decent FSB jump without too much of a temperature change; and sometimes, attempting that same jump will land you with an un-bootable system or one that is overheating. You just have to try it out for yourself. That is how you overclock!
