How much can I negotiate down a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder LE with 74k?
I understand dealerships have to make a profit but I think the car is overpriced at $8990 the KBB suggested excellent condition price (and its not in excellent condition its in normal/fair) is at $13,065…any suggestions would greatly be appreciated…thank you! A: Pathfinders carry decent resale value, so $8990 is actually not that bad for the mileage. 74K for a 7-yr old vehicle is pretty good. Offer them $7500 and work your way up in small increments. Keep in mind that the market on SUVs right now is very soft, so work that to your advantage. And keep on the lookout, especially if you’re serious about an SUV, because they are dropping in price like crazy lately.
