How much can I expect to invest in a decorative painting project?
Decorative Finishes start around $3 per square foot; these are simple glazes, color washes, and parchment finishes. A true “Faux Finish” such as Faux Stone, or Faux Wood, Granite, Travertine, etc. is more complex than a simple glaze and starts around $6 per square foot and go up from there for complex woods or multilayered, hand polished plasters. I give a per-job price using the above estimates as a guideline; many variables such as height of ceilings, condition of walls, environment, and time parameters come into consideration when pricing a job. To get an exact price for your project, please call me to arrange an a consultation. There is a minimum charge of $500 for work done at a client location. No project is too small.
