How much calories should a woman intake in day ?
2000 for an average woman 2500 for the average man but this is only a guideline – if you are doing a lot of excerise then you may need more calories, to maintain your weight. but for losing weight, remember that you need to burn more calories than you are taking in. so exercise as well as healthy eating is the best way – and with dieting, cutting out one food group isn’t always the best way of doing it. you need sugars, as well as carbs, fat, vitamins and minerals etc, just eat them in moderation, eats lots of fruit n veg and exercise, and the weight will drop off!
