You don’t. There is absolutely no reason to believe that giving a baby cereal will make them sleep longer. Five hours of sleep *is* as much as a baby should be expected to give at a stretch, and that’s the absolute *most*. And solid foods should not be given, period, until all developmental signs of solids readiness are present. That includes cereal, and that especially includes cereal in a bottle which presents a choking hazard.

Dont feed a baby then put them to bed, cereal can cause cramps and wind, feed baby an hour before you want them to sleep and then give a bottle half an hour before, give a warm bath to settle for the night, take away distracting toys from reach and out of the cot.
