How much assembly is required?

Trikes are now shipped fully assembled and only require the tires to be pumped up and the seat and handlebars to be adjusted to your liking. If you are recieving a Tandem, you will also need to attach the two halves of the frame with the coupler wrench(supplied), attach the chain at the masterlink(no chain tool required), and connect the cable at the quick-attach joint(no tool required). This takes only about 10-15 minutes. The Tandem is pre-assembled but ships in two separate boxes.

Many of the high-end grills are shipped completely assembled. Check with your sales person to be sure about the one you order.

Minimal assembly is required. The X-shaped lower assembly that sits on the floor and the upper vertical assembly are both pre-assembled. You simply insert and tighten 4 machine screws which hold these two assemblies together, plus 4 wood screws which attach the stand to the barrel head.

No assembly is required, only that you add your radio-control receiver if you desire to operate with R/C. Once you have added your receiver (servo and electronic speed controller are pre-installed), just add fuel, apply an electric current to the engine and glow plug (using 12v rechargeable battery and a 1.5 volt battery for the glow plug) and press the start button!

Dear David h There is minimal assembly required for the X-treme scooters. They are mostly complete, but as compact as possible for shipping. Assenbly is usually standing up and setting up the handlebars, hand controls, and tightening up a few nuts.
