How much are wood and vinyl shutters?
Shutters are priced by the square foot; vinyl shutters are typically 15 to 20 percent less than wood shutters. The price per square foot is determined by numerous factors: whether wood shutters are to be raw, painted, or stained; whether the windows are standard rectangles or unusual shapes; if the shutters are to be mounted with hanging strips, or if they will require frames; if the shutters are to be purchased as installed or uninstalled.
