How much are third-level (sub-domains) i.e. sub.domain.com?

Third level domains are just like regular domain accounts on our system. They are billed the same monthly charges and get their own control panel and IP number. The only restriction, is the second-level domain (i.e. domain.com) must already be pointed to our servers for the third level domain (i.e. sub.domain.com) to work.
