How much are the release fees and shipping for frozen semen and who is responsible for paying them?
Generally, the bitch owner is responsible for any release fees. However, that is between you and the bitch owner. Standard release charges: – Semen Prep and Release Fee $300.00 Shipping set up/processing and reporting release to appropriate registry – Dry Shipper Rental (up to 7 days) $300.00 Additional days over 7 are $60.00 per day – Estimated FedEx shipping charges $1,200.00 to $3,600.00 Actual fees are charged directly by FedEx to your credit card provided Shipping charges are for delivery of semen and returning the Dry Shipper to us Less than 7 days notice can and will incur additional release fees of up to $600.00 Unique circumstances may require special handling and additional fees Fees for international shipments are higher A more detailed Fee Schedule for Release of Semen can be obtained on the FORMS & LINKS dropdown menu above.
