2010 rates for water and sewer hook ups are as follows: Water: $4,200 per equivalent residential unit (ERU) Sewer: $4,100 per equivalent residential unit (ERU) Both fees are payable at the time a letter of water and/or sewer availability is issued. Tap costs may apply.
