How much are the fines for overdue materials?
Fines for overdue books and magazines are five cents per day per item overdue. Because students can check out any number of books sometimes they have several books out due on several different days. It is the responsibility of the student to keep track of when his or her books are due. When the overdue notices are sent to the homerooms, already the student owes a five cent fine on each item overdue.
