6A. Participants can receive a 4-percent rate reduction for the basic level and a 7-percent rate reduction for the advanced level for an unlimited number of years. Group-experience-rated employers will be able to receive a discount of 3-percent on top of their group credit (limited by the maximum group credit) for implementing DFSP Advanced.
