The fees for filing petitions are as follows: Chapter 7 is $299.00. Chapter 11 is $1039.00. Chapter 12 is $239.00. Chapter 13 is $274.00. For additional fees, please refer Fee Schedule. You must pay the required filing and administrative fees regardless of your income. If you cannot come up with the full amount at the time of filing, you may pay the filing fee and administrative fee in installments. To do so, you must complete an application to pay filing and administrative fees in installments and submit it with your petition. The application forms are available at the Clerk’s Office. The Clerk’s Office does not accept personal checks from debtors; payments should be made by cash or cashier’s check, certified check, or money order payable to “Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.” For your protection, do not send cash in the mail.
