How much are overdue fines? Can they be paid online?
Overdue fines for students are: • 10¢ a day for books • $2 a day for videos • $2 per hour for reserve items. • The maximum fine for a lost book is $85; if the book is returned, $75 is refunded. • The maximum fine for a lost video is $110 (except videos costing more than $100, as noted in the library catalog). Patrons can pay by Demon Express, personal check and also by credit card; we do not accept cash. There is no online option for paying fines. Patrons unable to come on campus can mail a check or pay by credit card over the phone.
