$ 75.00 Hourly, 2 Hour Minimum The Axcess To Design Program is billed in 4 hour time increments of $275. This allows you a discount off our normal hourly fee, and gives you direct control over how many hours are spent by paying in advance. Every 4 hours paid upfront costs $275.00, instead of the normal $300.00.
