Condominium fees are allocated based on unit size. Most unit owners will pay less than $200 per month. They are based on the estimated budget expenses for the property for the upcoming fiscal year. Property expenses include insurance, snow clearing and grounds maintenance, common electric and heating costs, pool operation and maintenance, building reserve fund for repair and maintenance of buildings, and site superintendent salary and accommodation costs.
