How much, and what kind of CME credit is offered?
NCME is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. All NCME programs are certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Creditâ„¢ on an hour-for-hour basis. Most are designated for up to 1 Category 1 credit. In addition, most programs are certified for Prescribed Credit by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and Category 2A credit from the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
