How much and what are the monthly Peace River Villas Homeowners Association dues?
The Meadowview Villas are budgeted to be $119 per month and the Lakeview Villas are budgeted to be $129 per month. The Peace River Villas Homeowners Association dues include cable TV, building insurance, flood insurance, grounds maintenance, landscaping, tree service, pest control, common area electricity / water / sewer, playground, pool, reserves, professional management and contingencies. The Peace River Homeowners Association will be responsible for any exterior repairs (anything outside of the paint on the interior walls of your unit). Please note that these fees may change due to the actual monthly costs to manage the condo association.
