How much agency background and performance history of currently funded agencies will be provided to reviewers?

Reviewers will be provided with no more information than is contained in the RFP and the individual proposals. If an agency is currently funded to provide case management services, they are encouraged to demonstrate their background and history of providing services through the narrative.
