How Might Mindful Meditation be helpful in Dealing with Stress?
At first it might not seem that focusing on the breath and watching thoughts and emotions might be helpful in dealing with the stress that we all deal with in our lives. Mindfulness meditation teaches us how to be aware of thoughts, body tension and even uncomfortable emotions without getting caught up in them.
