How might a bully change behavior to act appropriately?
Bullies have to learn to get what they want without teasing or taunting. A bully has to learn not to show contempt toward others. What might be the extent of bullying? Bullying and cyperbullying are extremely serious. Bullying has led to violence, murder, and suicide. Many schools have antibullying policies with procedures for thefor the bully, the bullied, and the bystanders. Harassment is against the law. You and your parents can also talk to the police in your area. They will help you. What does my response to the scenario mean? If you selected #1 to the above scenario then you are a bystander. You may not even realize what you are doing. By not acting, you are giving the bully power to continue doing what he/she is doing. Never cheer on or even quietly watch bullying.
