Men are more likely to exercise on their own. Unlike women, they don’t ask for help when it comes to losing weight. They also prefer shortcuts that promise rapid results. A huge number of the male population who are overweight tend to keep their worries to themselves, even asking about solutions is a no-no to them. This results in lack of knowledge with regards to weight loss.
