How may of my meals should I have Udos in?
It is always best to try and spread Udo’s Choice through as many meals as you can – be it 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or more! This ensures that you get the most benefit from the metabolic effects of Udo’s Choice, and also reduces the processing load on the liver at any one sitting. However, if you find it more convenient to just include it in 1 or 2 meals a day, that is fine, just be sure that you don’t have a huge amount at one meal without building up to it, as your liver will need to process it, and you could end up feeling sluggish/nauseous afterwards.
