How may I REDEEM or FILL my Fill’er Up gift bag or Bundle Bag tote?
A. Fill’er Up or Bundled gift bags can only be redeemed at the original, point-of-purchase store. This means your gifts should be filled up at the store where the gift bag was purchased. The bags shall have a card attached, indicating the physical location of the store that will redeem (fill up) your gift bag. Customers in need of assistance redeeming a gift bag may call our toll free hotline, 888-883-3183, or submit an Assistance Request email to info@bathjunkie.com. Corporate Customer Service will review your request in the order it is received and address it with the appropriate department or franchise store management as quickly as possible. Please allow up to five business days for processing.
