• You do not have to buy plans from CAP in order to bid on a project. Plans and specifications may be purchased from CAP for the amount stated in the Solicitation for Bids (Bid Notice) by any of the following methods: • In person using check or credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover) in the Will Rogers Office Building, Suite 106, 2401 N. Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. • By phone using a credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover) – plans and specs will be shipped using your UPS, FEDEX or DHL account number or shipping charges may be added to your credit card • By mail – submit a check with a written request stating the DCS Number and Project Name, your Company Name, Contact Name, Address and Telephone Number and your UPS, FEDEX or DHL account number for shipping (or add an additional $10.00 postage and handling fee to your check and specify in your request that you wish to have the documents mailed to you by the U.S.
